Our-Clients® came about due to market demand. Many B2B companies have seen that many of their new clients have found them via a referral from an existing client.
Satisfied customers bring in new customers. It’s often known as word-of-mouth advertising. But what if we could intensify this word-of-mouth advertising? What if we could give satisfied customers a platform to express their appreciation of our company to other companies?
These were the ideas that inspired two managing directors of a B2B company to begin the development of Our-Clients® at the start of 2007. The focus of Our-Clients® is mainly on a simple means of obtaining and managing testimonials.
Our-Clients® is a unique patented system whereby testimonials written or approved by clients themselves, which they then validate at least once a year. What’s more, clients can withdraw or ask to change their testimonial at any at any time. In this way, you know that the testimonials that the company gives you are reliable and up-to-date.
